The legal team at Wilt & Klausing, PLLC, leverages the background that our attorneys and their staff have in defending doctors and insurers to benefit plaintiffs in medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits.

Ronald M. Wilt, who earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1992, provided medical malpractice defense services to clients for nearly 15 years before shifting the focus of his practice to plaintiff representation. Prior to launching our firm, he was a partner with Crandall, Pera & Wilt. He has been admitted to practice law in Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.

Stephen A. Klausing Jr. graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law in 2011. During law school, he was a member of University of Louisville Law Review, Volume 48. He is admitted to practice in all Kentucky state courts, as well as, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Kentucky Justice Association.
