Allison Warnersmith

Paralegal

Allison joined Wilt Injury Lawyers in May of 2022 and serves as a litigation paralegal. She oversees settlement and litigation matters for general personal injury cases on behalf of the plaintiffs. In addition, she often finds herself working with Mr. Wilt on the catastrophic medical malpractice cases.  Allison holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a concentration in law and politics from the University of Louisville. She has a background in legal research and project management.

Allison is interested in learning about the law in general, specifically personal injury law. It is important to her to work on behalf of those who deserve resolution and justice. Her natural and acquired skills including her attention to detail make her a great addition to the Wilt Injury Lawyers team.

Allison was born and raised in Henry County, Kentucky just outside of Louisville. She is active in the community and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Outside of the Wilt Injury Lawyers office, Allison owns a wedding and event planning business. She finds balance in working with people during some of the most difficult times of their lives after an accident or injury and with people during times of happiness and celebration. Having grown up on a farm, Allison loves animals and has a dog, Waylon, who lives with her in Louisville.
