Jennifer Hutchins

Litigation Paralegal

Jennifer joined Wilt Injury Lawyers in January 2021 and serves as a Litigation Paralegal as well as Office Manager. She is primarily responsible for overseeing litigation matters for medical malpractice cases on behalf of the plaintiffs. In addition, she oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm. She has more than 25 years of legal experience in the fields of estate planning and administration, criminal defense, personal injury, and labor and employment law. She enjoys learning about medical negligence cases and the complex and unique nature of each one. Jennifer pays great attention to detail in everything she does, which is crucial given the complexity of medical malpractice cases.

Jennifer spent more than 9 years at Norton Children’s Hospital as the Executive Assistant to the President, Medical Director, and Vice President of Finance before joining the firm. She collaborated closely with the hospital’s Marketing and Foundation teams, as well as many other departments. She also worked as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager/Vice President of Marketing at the Brown Hotel. She was able to put her graphic design skills to use working directly with the Marketing department while also interacting with management and other areas within the hotel.

Jennifer was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and is the mother of three amazing young men. She recently became a Nana for the first time and is excited about many more grandkids to come. She is very close with her children and her family and loves spending as much time with them as possible. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, listening to music, and taking long walks on the beach.
