Allison W. Mullikin

Allison is an Associate Attorney at Wilt Injury Lawyers, where she began her career in 2022 as a litigation paralegal before earning her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Allison worked full-time at the firm throughout law school, transitioning from paralegal to law clerk before graduating in 2026. Now as a licensed attorney, she represents clients in medical malpractice matters as well as a range of motor vehicle accident and personal injury matters. Allison works closely with Managing Partner, Ron Wilt, on complex litigation cases involving catastrophic injury.

Allison earned a Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating cum laude. She also holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Louisville.

Allison is committed to advocating for individuals and families seeking resolution and justice after life-changing injuries. Her attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and dedication to client service continue to make her a valued member of the Wilt Injury Lawyers team.

Born and raised in Henry County, Kentucky just outside of Louisville, Allison remains active in the community and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Allison lives in Louisville with her husband Caleb and their cats, Willie and Winky.
