Olivia Murphy

Olivia joined Wilt Injury Lawyers in March of 2026 as a litigation paralegal. Her role primarily consists of assisting the team in handling litigation matters for a selection of medical malpractice cases as well as the firm’s motor vehicle collision and personal injury cases. She has previous experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal and is excited to expand her skills in the medical malpractice field. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminology from Western Kentucky University and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati.

Olivia is looking forward to learning from the team at Wilt Injury Law and gaining experience in a specialty that is dynamic, challenging, and rewarding.

Olivia is originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky. Go Tops! She enjoys yoga, listening to music, grabbing coffee, trying new restaurants, and going for walks with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Ace and Willett.
